Minutes of November 15 , 2011  Meeting

Meeting called to order at 7:00 PM

Secretary's report read and accepted.

Treasurers report read and accepted

Jerry will speak to Almond Streeter about 50-5' grade stakes for trail signs.

Bill and Bryan cleaned the gas tank on the Sno Dozer but it still has brake troubles that need to be taken care of.

The small Bombie is running and in good condition.

Need to get the Skandic out of storage and checked over before snow arrives.

Discussed moving the bridge behind the Restaurant. Hastings Road bridge needs to be replaced, also. All bridges will need to be re-sealed in the spring.

 Need to move the bleachers at Tilton Field before someone runs into them again this year.

Club Christmas Party is Tuesday, December 20 at 6:00. Need to RSVP if you are attending.

Justin Lebeau would like to groom for the club this year if we need him.

Next meeting December 6 at 7:00.
