Minutes of May 4, 2010 Meeting Called to order at 7:01 P.M.11 members presentSecretary’s minutes read and approvedTreasurer’s report read and approvedThe bleachers at Tilton Field need to be repaired. Anyone interested in helping should meet at Tilton Field on Thursday, May 6, at 5:00Club campout/work weekend/club picnic is June 18-20. Jerry will contact Open Space Committee to let them know about it since they are supposed to be working with us to fulfill their grant.Ross will look at the sheds at Turner’s to figure what we need to put the roofs on them so Bill can saw the lumber.Jerry would like the wood chips moved from his yard onto the trails as they are taking up quite a bit of room on his lawn.Jerry will talk with Fran Judd about rerouting the trail that is on his sister’s land.Need to work on getting Beals land surveyed. Discussed getting a grant to do it, since it will cost thousands of dollars to get it done on our own.Shaun invited John Riley from Riley Interactive to come to our meeting and talk about re-doing our web site since Nikki has not done anything since early February.Shaun went to Mantis Graphics to have them try to come up with another logo but it wasn’t much better than the first ones. Decided members should bring ideas to the next meeting then we will decide where to go from there with it.Bill said the EIN number and the 147C should be here soon since he called there over a week ago. After they come he will call the registry to see if they will help us out any since we have been trying for almost a year to get sales tax paid on the trailer.Jerry thinks we should set a list of guidelines for whoever sells trail passes this year so people don’t try to go on someone else’s membership to save themselves $15.00 like the past few years. All agreed it would be a good idea.The Tractor Parade is Sunday, June 16th. Breakfast will be served at 6:00 so we need volunteers to help cook and serve that morning. Also, they would like a Ford Emblem on the cake this year.Bill asked Dave for a list of lumber that they used on blue bridge so he can figure out a bill for it. Dave also said the beavers are in there and he has gone there and taken some of the dam out but they will keep getting back in there unless something else is done.Next meeting June 1st at Turner’s.Meeting adjourned at 8:03 P.M.
